Giving to the Center
Message from the Center's leadersWe have been deeply moved by the outpouring of support we have received to the announcement of our appointments to the Center staff. We are ecstatic to be back and happy to report that the Center's special magic is working as well as ever.
Many of you have asked us how you can help. Here is our answer.
Like other institutions of higher education, the Center's endowment has been adversely effected by the current economic downturn. Until it recovers, it is imperative that we be able to rely on the generosity of former Fellows to help see us through. You may not always appreciate the importance of your gifts in the present climate, but we surely do. Think of your gift as a substitute for endowment. A gift of, say, $750 is the equivalent of the customary annual yield on $15,000 of endowment. Your gift will help keep the Center strong and well positioned to play its historically vital role in higher education.
Honor the CASBS Fellowship experience with an annual gift today. There has never been a more important time to invest in the Center.

WHY GIVING MATTERS
"We often think of discoveries as coming only from scientists or engineers, but discoveries that have transformed our way of thinking and living have come almost as often from behavioral scientists. And many of the greatest and most enduring of these have been born and nurtured at the Center. This is a place that needs to be supported for the good of society."
